Yes, we offer free initial prototype samples made from our in-stock fabrics for qualified global buyers. Custom development samples with designated special fabrics and formal SMS (Salesman Sample) are charged at 2 times the FOB unit price. Additional fabric yardage surcharges will apply if exclusive fabric materials are purchased for custom sampling.
We support flexible MOQ based on our two independent production bases to meet different brand order demands:
• China (Jiangxi) Factory: 600 pieces per style, maximum 2 colorways per design.
• Vietnam Factory: 5,000 pieces per style, maximum 3 colorways per design.
Sample lead time is normally 7–15 working days. Bulk production lead time is normally 30–45 working days after PPS confirmation and deposit receipt. Rush orders are available upon request.
Fabric Selection → Lab Dip & Color Confirmation → Pattern Making → Initial Prototype Development → Testing & Fitting Feedback → Revised Prototype → Re-test & Fitting Sign-off → Final SMS Sample Production.

By 2027, TEXWAY Vietnam factory will scale up to 1,500 employees, 30 production lines and a monthly capacity of 400,000 pieces.
TEXWAY Jiangxi Factory operates 8 production lines, with 300 employees and a monthly capacity of 100,000 pieces.
